What the organisation provides

Aid station

Water, cola, isotonic drink, fruit and nuts, plus coffee and broth during the night. Anything else must be provided by the runner.

Meals

Pasta for Saturday dinner for the 12, 24 and 48-hour participants. 48-hour athletes also get Friday dinner and Saturday lunch.

Boxes and personal aid

A space in a fenced-off area for everything you need during the race, with tables, chairs and tents. Each athlete may accredit one helper for support and assistance.

If you want to bring your own tent, contact the organisation: it may be authorised, but never for exclusive use.

Rest area

For athletes who wish to rest. Bring what you need (mat, sleeping bag, blankets) and tell the organisation when you stop to rest and when you return to the race.

Showers and changing rooms

Inside the Sports Complex.

Toilets

Portable toilets along the circuit throughout the race and after it ends. Enter and leave at the marked point, always in the direction of the race.

Misting station

If heat and humidity call for it, a misting station will be set up.

Medical services

Medical services and an ambulance. The organisation holds civil liability insurance.

Apply for your helper’s accreditation for the personal aid area.

How distance is measured

At the end of each race and at the official splits, a few minutes before the time is up, the organisation hands each runner a marker with their bib number. When the horn sounds it must be left on the ground, on the right-hand side in the direction of running, so the judges can measure with the calibrated wheel the metres covered since the last crossing of the chip mat.
