Who we are

Kursa (kursa.run) is the registration technology platform. The organizer of each race is the data controller; Kursa acts as data processor.

What data we process

What you enter when registering: identification (name, ID, date of birth), contact (email), sports data (race, club, bib, results) and payment data (processed by Stripe; Kursa never stores cards).

Why

To manage your registration and participation (contract), publish classifications (legitimate interest in sports management) and, only with your consent, send news about future editions.

Who it is shared with

The race organizer, the official timing company, Stripe (payments), Supabase (EU hosting) and Resend (transactional email). Never sold to third parties.

For how long

Personal data is kept up to 24 months after the race; sports results may remain published as the historical record of the competition.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete and object by writing to the organizer (email in the race website footer) or to privacy@kursa.run. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
