Cancelled race? Our fee comes back too
If the organizer cancels the race, runners get their entry back and our commission with it. The only thing that stays gone is the payment processor’s cost, which the processor returns to nobody.

Creating and running your race costs nothing. The 3% + €0.25 service fee per order (payment processing included) is paid by the runner, and it is lower than the market’s published reference rate (€0.49 + 3%).
Official bib resale
Sold out? Runners who can’t make it resell their bib at face value inside the platform. No WhatsApp deals, no fraud, an always-true startlist.

Questions
The questions that reach us
- What does it cost me, the organizer?
- Nothing. No setup, no subscription, no per-registration commission. The 3% + €0.25 service fee per order is paid by the runner at checkout, and the payment processor’s fee is already inside it.
- When do I get the registration money?
- Straight into your bank account, usually every business day. The money never sits in a Kursa account until after the race.
- What if I have to cancel the race?
- You start the cancellation from the dashboard: we refund every entrant, email them, and Kursa refunds its own share of the service fee (the 1.5%) too. We know of no other Spanish platform that does this.
- Can I keep my usual timing company?
- Yes. You hand them the startlist from the dashboard and, when they send the file back, you upload it and every runner gets their time, result page and diploma.
- How long until the race is on sale?
- About 10 minutes with the event wizard: race details, distances, prices and form. You can keep polishing the website afterwards without closing registrations.
- My race is free or charitable. Does it still work?
- Yes. €0 registrations carry no service fee for anyone: you still get the website, the form, the bibs and the results.
